Himanshu was very helpful! He provided great support. Webgility integrates with QuickBooks online however if it could have one more option of making item with Quick books online item category then it will be amazing.

Our accounting software is QuickBooks and we are using webgility app for automation since last year, it saved us a lot of time. Also, the support team was very helpful with all of our requests.

I just started to use this app, and wow it is very good! I was helped by Nikhlesh, who was VERY helpful from the beginning. So far so good with this app, I would definitely recommend. I am posting orders from shopify to quickbooks, and this seems to integrate seamlessly.

This is my second store that uses Webgility to integrate with Quickbooks. The support I've received to get set up has been excellent. They are extremely helpful and answer the phone immediately. That's a refreshing experience these days. I've looked at many of the other QB integrations for Shopify and Webgility is the best I've found with the most technically skilled representatives.

I reached out to Webgility tech support for help with an issue scheduling sales orders transferring to QuickBooks. I spoke with Ankit Jain and he was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. Great app and support team very impressed switched to this app from the bold app and wish I did it sooner! The functionality of this app is by far superior and once you have it setup to your liking it works amazingly as I already had experience using quickbooks and other apps I didn't use any onboarding but they do offer that service if you are new which should give you confidence that your quickbooks will be setup correctly. Plenty of options here to customise how refunds, fees etc are handled in quickbooks which I like I can't really fault the app at the moment which is why I have already paid for the year I know it will be great!
