The reason that your carbon removal funding is different to what you were expecting is because you are funding carbon per spend amount as opposed to per order, which is why the spend is it a higher rate to what you were expecting. You can change this at any point in your app settings. The reason that the banner displays as paused is because you will have reached your pre-set spend limit and therefore impact funding is stopped until next month. We do this to protect our customers from greenwashing so that the impact you are funding matches what is displayed on your site at any given moment. You can also increase your spend limit at any given time, this spend limit is in place to protect Shopify merchants from unexpected charges.
