I will not say their names here but the customer service was terrible, features were lacking and if I had an issue it would take 24-48 hours to get an answer. Olivia with Ecomposer answered me within 2 minutes, got my issue resolved within 3 minutes and also sent me some detailed documentation on how to best get started.
