I’m more than satisfied with the page builder. What really stands out is the support – responses usually come within minutes, and they always manage to solve any issue. The tool itself is very flexible and highly customizable, making it easy to implement even specific requirements. Overall, I’m very happy that we chose EComposer and can highly recommend it.

5 HUGE STARS for ecomposers chat feature. I received assistance from Luna today and she was above and beyond. I had quite a few very specific edits I wanted to make to my landing page that I could not figure out on my own. Luna helped me with clear visual step by step direction and made my edits a breeze. Thank you Luna for helping make our landing page vision come to life! <3 The app itself can be a bit glitchy/clunky. For the app I would give 4 stars. But the chat overcomes that for us.

If you are having trouble, this app was wonderful! They are fast and even made a video for me to be able to do myself next time. She was AMAZING. Helped me with my phone and Tablet versions of the website. Seriously, I was a hot mess before she helped me. USE THE APP!!!!!!

I really enjoyed using this app! I was able to create a beautiful homepage in less than a day, and it’s very easy to use. I did run into a few issues, so I contacted support via chat. Andy helped me within seconds, providing screenshots and even a very clear video explaining how to solve the problem. It was incredibly helpful. I’m really happy with the experience and the support. Mit EComposer habe ich bisher durchweg positive Erfahrungen gemacht. Die App ist übersichtlich aufgebaut und man findet sich schnell zurecht. Besonders hilfreich sind die vielen Sektionen und Templates, mit denen man zügig ansprechende Seiten erstellen kann. Auch in Sachen Performance macht die App einen guten Job – die Seiten laden schnell und laufen stabil. Den Support habe ich ebenfalls schon kontaktiert und durchweg gute Erfahrungen gemacht: sehr schnell erreichbar, freundlich und wirklich lösungsorientiert. Insgesamt eine zuverlässige Lösung, um den Shopify-Store optisch und funktional zu verbessern.

10/10. customer support is top tier. in apps and software customer support most of the times fall short. very short. this app gives very fast, very accurate HUMAN support. I have never gotten a better support than here. even for difficult and out of the box situations it looks like they are very competent to solve your problems.

I had a really great experience with the support team. My website was completely broken at one point, and I honestly didn’t know where to start. He stepped in, quickly identified the issues, and worked through them patiently until everything was fixed and running smoothly again. What stood out most was not just the technical fix, but the willingness to go beyond that. He also helped me improve and design a few sections of my site, making them look much cleaner and more professional. He paid attention to details, suggested better layouts, and made sure everything worked properly across the site. Throughout the process, he was responsive, clear in communication, and genuinely helpful. Instead of just applying quick fixes, he explained what was going wrong and how to avoid similar issues in the future, which I really appreciated. Overall, the support was reliable, knowledgeable, and efficient. If you’re dealing with website issues or need help improving your site, I’d definitely recommend his support.

They do not deserve even one star, there are highly unproffesional, one mistake of their worker and I lost 1000$ in ads becuase they were not able to do their job, avoid them

I've gotten tired of trying to make themes work for me. This has been a great tool to get all the things I need in one place and without trying to recreate the wheels. Quick responses on helping me figure out all the tricks it has. Such a great tool.

Great experience so far with the app as a beginner on design it has been a pleasure working on my store to make it that much better. also the support team is top teir. Eric and Anna have been a joy to work with.
