I have encountered a problem and I don't know how to solve it I downloaded this tool and I want to use it for the entire store but at the moment I was busy, I cancelled downloading the tool and cancelled the modifications but unfortunately the products page was not returned to what it was even though I removed the tool What is the solution?
Hi there, This Maria - Customer Success Manager at EComposer. I am so sorry for the issue of the app being uninstalled. Since EComposer is a page builder app which work directly with your theme, it is necessary to put some codes on your themes. So, the right way to uninstall an app is to reset the app first from the app settings and then uninstall it. We put many documents for this and even send an email to user while they uninstall app to make sure you do it correctly. However, I can understand if you still need to look at it. I saw that you can restore your pages now. Hopefully, everything is ok. We would like to hear more about your requirements regarding page building so we can assist you as best we can.
