We completely understand how upsetting it must be to lose your hard work. That's why we have the Revision (Auto Saved) feature. To clarify, EComposer does include an Auto-save feature that automatically saves your work as drafts every 5 minutes. However, the saved data is stored in the same browser where the editing took place. In some cases, if the browser cache is cleared or you switch devices, the saved data may not be available.
