Using EcomRise together with my Ecomus theme has completely changed the way I run my store. The amount of layouts and customization available inside The4 Theme is already impressive, but when you add EcomRise on top of it, the possibilities are endless. I can create bundles, upsells, discounts, and cross-sells while also having full control over the look and feel of my pages. Everything blends perfectly and feels like it was made to work together. What I enjoy most is that it does not just look good, it actually helps boost sales and keep visitors engaged. Features like trust badges, cart recovery tools, and extra extensions make the store more professional and effective without making things complicated. The support team deserves a big thank you as well. They are always quick to answer, friendly, and patient, and they guide you step by step whenever you need help. Jade is super helpful on support! App is super useful for upselling. Easy to use etc. And good service across this and ecomposer as well.

Absolutely love this app! Incredibly intuitive and easy to use. What really sets it apart is the outstanding support. Anna from the support team has been phenomenal, always quick to respond, patient, and solves every issue like a pro. It’s rare to find that level of service. Highly recommend this app if you want hassle-free bundles and top-tier support!

Great app! Very user friendly and makes it so much easier to update the theme and import templates. The Shopable video feature is amazing. I had some questions when installing it but customer support was great (and super fast).

The online help support is very effective. Especially thank you to Caroline, who was able to resolve my issue even though it wasn't related to EcomRise. She was patient, attentive, and above all, very pleasant.

This app is fantastic and extremely helpful for Shopify sellers. The shoppable video feature, in particular, is amazing! Most importantly, the support team is incredibly cooperative and provides thorough guidance on how to use all features. I found their support team member, Hana, to be especially helpful and supportive throughout.

I upgraded my Ecomus theme using EcomRise. Anna was a great help throughout the process. She was very dedicated and really tried to make sure everything worked smoothly. She didn’t just answer questions but also looked for ways to improve things wherever possible.
