She replies to my queries professionally and patiently, always being supportive and reassuring. The customer support team is responsive and effective in communication, helping to resolve issues efficiently. However, the app itself could be further optimized to make the setup process more user-friendly and convenient for merchants. With some improvements, it could be even better!
