Great app and easy solutions, easy to customize too. I have some issues, but support was fast and Caroline helped me in couple minutes. Couldn't recommend more!

I used EcomRise to upgrade my Kalles Theme. It went smoothly. It greatly helped to have Caroline on the chat waiting for me to complete the upgrade. She was very helpful and provided the exact information I needed to quickly upgrade my theme. Thanks Caroline!

I am using the Kalles theme, and have to say the EcomRise customer support is second to none. Lina and her team is always helping me out promptly and efficiently. She replies to my queries professionally and patiently, always being supportive and reassuring.
