I'm so grateful for Eric's help. I was having trouble finding certain settings and he was very quick to jump in and assist me. Also very thankful for his friendliness.

DO NOT waste your time with this app! The developers clearly have no idea what they’re doing. My project has been delayed by over a week because of their sloppy work. They fix one bug, and guess what? Another one shows up! It’s like they don’t even test their own app before throwing it at their users. A real company would have proper testers in place to find these bugs BEFORE releasing updates, but here, they seem to expect clients to do the work for them. Absolutely unacceptable. If you value your time and sanity, steer clear of this nightmare!

I've been using EcomRise: Upsell & Cross Sell for a few months now, and I'm truly impressed with both the functionality and the support from the team. The app is easy to use and offers a variety of useful tools that have really helped me optimize my store. I especially want to highlight the fantastic support I received from Lien. She was incredibly helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly for my website. Her quick and friendly responses made the entire experience even better. I can highly recommend this app to anyone looking to improve their Shopify store!

I've used a lot of themes in the past, but without a doubt, this one was one of the best. Especially due to the fact that it has a multi-brand option, which was very important for us. It's also very feature filled and is pretty fast.....as many shopify themes have a ton of code and slow page response times, as a result not so good for SEO and stuff. But what I'm the most impressed is the amazing support - led by Annie. We did run into some issues, but they were so fast in helping take care of stuff....so setting up the theme/site was a breeze. Thanks for all your help.
