It's now been over 6 months since we've been using the app and the functionality, enhancements (i.e., integration of sms and b-day pop-up data collection for email and sms marketing purposes includes customer consent), and customer support has exceeded our expectations. A big shout out to Ria, from the support team, who single-handedly saved me 1-3 days waiting time and confused customers by guiding me through specific edits to one of our key workflows.
