Edit based on the response: To be clear: I raised this issue multiple times with the SendWILL team and was basically told to pound sand. Only after I wrote the negative review did I get any traction on not being forced into higher paid tiers. I'm not sure why the reply focuses on 'store access', that wasn't the point of my review. ---- Beware when you download. They will change plans, throttle access, and try to force existing customers to pay more once they get into your store. Unsavory / unethical business practice at the very least.
