The app is very easy to set up and customise to suit your needs. There are plenty of options available, allowing you to choose what customers can and can’t edit, as well as how things like small additional charges and refunds are handled. We haven’t had any customers use it yet, so we can’t comment on how much time it will save in practice. However, if customers do start making use of it, it should save us a good amount of time, particularly when it comes to managing address changes.
