Really bad experience! An error in the app meant that items that are not tracked in Shopify also showed as out of stock, which we did not discover for a week and subsequently lost a lot of sales! After contacting their support departement, the issue has still not been fixed even days later! The app has now been deleted and replaced with another alternative.
Hi Ellen, I am very sorry for the delay and the inconvenience it has caused you. We checked the problem and our button needs to track the inventory to determine whether the product is on sale, but the product does not track the inventory, and our database obtains that the inventory of the product is all negative, so it is judged to be out of stock. I know your opinions and feedback are valid, but please know that we are doing our best to give you a better experience with the app and to help you earn more sales. I think it is now years ago that I left a 3 star review and I see there is now the need to update this: On my request they implemented multi languages (also now a few years ago) and all the translations are managed in app. Since they did that, there was no looking back and we have used their app to 100% satisfaction for many years, no issues whatsoever. The UI (User Interface) is very clean designed, easy to navigate, so there is actually nothing to complain about (and I am good in making complains!) So thereofore I upgrade this review from 3 to 5 star. We deserved! My past review: 3 star: because the app in it selfs works good, easy to set up, quick to make it work except: they advertise that it supports multiple languages. To a degree it seems to do so, but still the button: 'Notify me when back in stock' which hides the button add to cart when out of stock, this button does not translate in all the languages I have on the site. Probably we do not use the published languages inside the admin of shopify. Support team seems to be not very knowledgeable in this field. So I advice: Use it only for 1 language then it works fine.

This app makes it so simple to update customers when items are back in stock, which is exactly what I needed. Claire was also very helpful and responsive when I had some questions about how certain aspects work. She even took the initiative to remind me that I could remove the app's branding now that I'm on a paid plan, and then handled that update for me. Would definitely recommend!
