It's sadly not ready for prime time. The good: - Service is great. - Simple and easy to use. The bad: - Every template must be manually copy and pasted into Shopify. - Editing one template edits all, no way to override to "Just edit this on this template". So a signoff greeting on one edits to all. Extremely time consuming. - Images, specifically headers, always have errors. I tried multiple times and it ALWAYS has errors. Support team also does not exactly know why. We've spent hours reuploading, editing, just to have images work and randomly pop back up with issues hours or days later without warning. An issue if you like to have a cohesive brand image without errors. - No confidence in reliability: we always have to check the images in the images and multiple times they REVERT to previous images and options. It's beyond frustrating. - Limited width options, you are center justified and fairly restrictively. - Limited spacing options for text and elements. - No real padding options. - Limited layout options, no realistic ways to add columns. - No optimization options for mobile. - No color saver, so if you have backgrounds or colors the color picker does not have specific history of colors. You have to have a list of HEX codes. Overall it's an extremely dulled down builder that is more focused on simplicity and ease of use and it drastically hinders your ability to edit. This would be okay if it actually worked as intended, but its full of bugs, unknown errors, and content issues that is unacceptable for this level of restriction.

Thanks for the review and apologies for the image issues you ran into. As mentioned via email, we've found and fixed the issue causing it now. To address your other points: Exporting is a pain: I totally agree. I've been asking Shopify to provide an API for the Email Notifications section for years (12 years in fact!).. unfortunately without it we have no other option :( ​ Editing one email edits all: Some sections/settings are "global" across emails so you don't have to keep typing the same "Closing Text" on every email. However, if you want to change it in one email: - Remove the global "Closing Text" section from that email - Click "Add section" and choose "Text" section - Type your custom message in that section. ​​ ​The rest: These are actually great suggestions and something we'll consider for future updates. Regarding the text layout, this can be controlled by the Design that you choose, as it sets the overall email width, text alignment and other overall settings.
