A rogue update from this app permanently deleted over 20 of our active collections and wiped out months of specialized, multi-lingual SEO infrastructure across 7 international markets. Instead of providing a fix, their leadership hid behind canned PR scripts, lied about recovery efforts, and ultimately told us to manually rebuild the destroyed data ourselves. Grossly negligent and completely unsafe for any serious Shopify merchant.
