Absolutely phenomenal. We took the time to move our forms from a different app to this one and we're so glad to have made the switch. Forms work great, you get a lot of features you wouldn't expect on a form builder and after contacting customer service this morning, I can say for certain that their support team is top notch. Every site should be using this app for their forms; it's a no-brainer.
