The app itself works incredibly well, our retention in SMS through emotive vs email is insane! But beyond the app, what makes this SO worth it is the support... The team at Emotive is knowledgeable, helpful, and thoughtful; they really made it feel like a team effort.

I moved my SMS biz over to Emotive after a disappointing experience with very limited customer support on another popular platform and immediately saw the difference. Their customer support is unlike any other I've experienced ... Onboarding (training) Sessions to get our SMS campaigns up and running; Daily Sessions that provide opportunities to ask questions as they arise with live experts; ongoing check-ins from team members who provide real-time, hands-on support to help assure success in our SMS campaigns. Emotive is great. It's an extremely useful tool to reach out to customers and is easily manageable and understandable with the tools and reports available. Support is also very quick to respond and has valuable solutions to any issues that arise.

I have been with emotive when they first started out. I was not familiar with text marketing and wasn't sure how effective it would be, but for the price I was willing to try out and I've been with them for over a year so I am glad I went with them. Communication with them has always been prompt and reliable. My favorite aspect is they send me ideas of what I should send as texts to customers so I'm not left wondering what would be a good thing to send out. I will be sure to use Emotive with every business I start.

Emotive offers many usual features on the app, but what I love more is the excellent customer service from all depts. I'm a newbie and got lost in the many features. My account manager Jessica is patient, knowledgeable, and worked with me to tailor the usage to my needs. Colbi has been amazing with tech support and I'm also looking forward to working with a designated copywriter for all future messages.

After fumbling around with another SMS marketing SaaS, as well as Klaviyo's own SMS program, I was decided to give Emotive a try. Starting with what was a to-the-point, no b.s. tour of the product with Christian F. right through a painless integration and onboarding with Brian Honick. The product simply works. The dedicated help from Brian and the entire team really sets this platform apart from the others. I wish every app and SaaS was this elegant and full of professionals like Emotive.
