I have already stop your service few month ago, but your company still charge me US$400 every month , I want to complaint and please refund.

Your uninstallation date is 11th January not a few months ago and we have also confirmed with Shopify support that your installation was present during this period. Please note that as per Shopify's policies, subscription payments are processed directly by Shopify for the subscribed months. If you believe there has been an oversight, we recommend reaching out to Shopify's billing support for further clarification.
