We unfortunately were unable to ever utilize the AI portion of the creative as it was never able to work for our product without looking cheap and fake and AI generated. We also never went over 1 on our ROAS. When I stopped running ads and communicated this very clearly to the platform, our account rep, etc we were still charged at the next chance they could and it really stings as a small business to feel so swindled by a Shopify App. I truly feel like you could run your own Facebook ads and turn on product optimization and this be the EXACT SAME RESULT - less a hefty spend for a the platform- DONT DO IT

I’ve been using Enhencer for about a month now and I’m already seeing a noticeable increase in both sales and engagement. One of the most regrettable business decisions I’ve ever made. Enhencer’s team talked a big game during the sales process — promising that they already had my ideal audience mapped out and could “immediately optimize” my campaigns. The moment the payment went through, that confidence vanished. The sales reps who were so active before? Gone. Completely unreachable. Instead, I was pushed onto junior-level campaign managers who clearly had not taken even a moment to understand my business, my products, or my goals. Can you imagine, their first idea was to launch an ad campaign of creative for Mascara and we are a Skincare not Cosmetics marketplace. Everything felt rushed, generic, and copy-pasted. No strategy. No thought. No effort. In a world where advertising requires skill and precision, what I got felt embarrassingly careless. The entire experience left me confused, frustrated, and honestly shocked at how little value I received for the money and time I invested. The reporting was vague and unhelpful, usually ending with some version of “we need to spend more to see results.” Meanwhile, the results were so minimal they might as well have not existed at all. To make matters worse, when I expressed dissatisfaction, I was met with excuses instead of accountability. No clear answers. No real plan. Just empty reassurances. What went wrong? – Drastically overpromised capabilities – No real understanding of my brand or audience – Recycled, low-effort ad strategies – Reports that felt designed to confuse rather than inform – Results that were nowhere near what any reasonable business would call successful I walked away feeling completely let down — money lost, time wasted, and absolutely nothing to show for it. My honest advice: if you’re considering Enhencer, save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. This was, hands down, one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had with any marketing tool.

I got Enhencer for the AI functionality combined with meta ads, but I've been really impressed with the team's ad management. Enver works hard on our ads and is really responsive to our requests. We've been able to get up to almost a 5 ROAS this month and it has been nice not having to run the ads myself.

Enhencer is a waste of money. They kept telling me they needed to try new audiences and needed time to optimize the ad campaigns. We gave them in total 8 months of time. They never scaled our ads as they claimed they could. At the end, we told them we were not happy with the performance and had just been billed for another month. They did not refund us, and stopped working the ads altogether. Delivering no services that were paid for. Ultimately, I guess the last month wasn’t a total loss, because we avoided draining more money into wasted ad spend. The other 5 star reviews you read on here are more than likely forced reviews from them. Our rep had us leave them a 5 star review while he waited for us on a zoom call one meeting. Even had me mention him by name to let the Enhencer team know how good he was doing. It’s good that Shopify allows these reviews to be edited. If you are planning on running Facebook ads. Do yourself a favor watch YouTube tutorials and do it yourself. You will save money and a headache. Update: they reached out to me and told me they would refund my last month since we did not provide any services. I said I appreciated that gesture and would update the review accordingly. Unfortunately, they did not keep their word and no refund was ever given. Again, don't trust them.
