I have been using enhencer for more than a year now and I’m very satisfied with the results and there customer service and how helpful they are, especially my rep ENVER and all my previous reps. I tried a lot of apps and services before this and they are the only ones that have shown results and driven sales to my site. 10/10

We are getting nearly 500% ROAS which is increasing all the time. For this, I have to mainly thank my main contact Enver. Also, Batuhan and Dilara have been excellent. I'm excited about the potential of dealing with Enhencer, this is no made up review - their system of a full funnel approach which has ai audiences I would recommend to any e-commerce company. You will quickly learn just how good they are, their technical knowledge, and most of all will make you the money any other app or agency I've used in my 10 years of e-commerce couldn't touch. MAN! This is the answer to all of my prayers when it comes to facebook, meta ad running. I was totally lost until this company made it easy to understand and implement a winning strategy. I’ve worked with Enhencer, especially Batuhan and Fırat, for exactly one year and had a positive experience. They deliver good - but not exceptional - ROAS for our market, follow up closely, and clearly know what they’re doing. What makes them especially interesting is their ability to help you test and sell in new markets at a low cost — without the typical marketing agency fees. We worked for 5+ months together and it was a big waste of time and money. They were never able to surpass our own Lookalike and even Broad targeting audiences. They don't have a close follow up with your account and they will let you spend $450 USD with 0 sales (my usual cost per purchase being around $80 USD), that's how bad they are. You'd be better off just launching campaigns by yourself even if you have 0 knowledge about digital marketing believe me...

Just because performance dipped for a single week does not erase the progress we built over that time. Ups and downs can happen in e-commerce, seasonality, campaign structure, and external factors all play a role. I've been using enhencer for nearly 3 months, at first i had my doubts, but the professionals there (especially enver) have been utmost professional and my strong belief in him in turn helped my roas increase rapidly, looking forward for it to continue growing

This was, without exaggeration, one of the most disappointing business experiences I’ve ever had. I invested thousands of dollars and months of my time, and the results were close to nothing. Instead of clarity, I got confusion. Instead of strategy, I got excuses. Instead of transparency, I got vague reports and wasted ad spend. After the first failure, I even left a review. That’s when one of their team members started calling me repeatedly — spending hours on the phone over several days — asking me to give them a second chance. Against my better judgment, I agreed. Unfortunately, the second attempt ended the same way as the first: wasted budget, wasted time, and nothing close to meaningful results. The problems? – No clear or consistent strategy – Zero understanding of my audience or brand – Reporting that raised more questions than answers(they will be raised in shortly, or put more money to try) – Results so poor they were practically non-existent I walked away frustrated, out money, and out time. My honest opinion: if you value your business and your sanity, do yourself a favor and avoid this app entirely.

I wouldn’t recommend due to the slow communication I experienced throughout my time with Enhencer. I’m actually quite frustrated and wish I had ended the collaboration sooner.

Enhencer has been helping us for 3 years. The AI product that has created useful audiences has helped uplift traffic to our business and improved sales volumes. Improvement in ROAS is noted and Facebook and Google Ads are optimized to perform. The knowledgeable team of Enhencer is a joy to work with. We’ve experienced incredible growth in conversions since we started using this app for our Meta Ads. The team is extremely friendly, proactive, and always available to meet or follow up. UPDATE: Following this review, company management (Ertuğrul) reached out and processed a partial refund for the unused service period. While the original service experience was problematic, I acknowledge that they eventually took responsibility and resolved the refund matter professionally. The service wasn't suitable for our needs, but they made the situation right in the end. I purchased a one-year service. Three representatives changed in three months (all of them were inexperienced university students). I decided to terminate the service because it was ineffective. They said I wouldn't have any problems getting a refund, but we haven't been able to get our money back for 5-6 months, even though it's over $1,000. They blame Shopify for the refund. Do not risk losing your money. You will not be able to recover it.

Before we met Enhencer, we had the chance to work with several agencies. However, just four months after starting our collaboration with Enhencer, we saw a significant increase in our ROAS. The AI-powered operations running in the background made things much easier and more efficient for us. Görkem and Ozan have been incredibly supportive and personally take care of our ad campaigns.
