I wouldn’t recommend due to the slow communication I experienced throughout my time with Enhencer. I’m actually quite frustrated and wish I had ended the collaboration sooner.

Had a great experience at first and then not good.

Well I can't say that I would recommend this app anymore. While I still do think the app may be functional for starters who don't know what they are doing, the ethics are disappointing and questionable at best. I decided to do the Facebook ads myself because using this app didn't outperform my results, ROAS 4 and scaling was still an issue. While it was good to have someone to do the ads with me, when I did the math, I thought it would be better to do it myself again. That is when things got sour. The minute I informed Onur of my decision they went in and deleted the audience we had built! Mind you this was after I deleted the app! I was so disappointed but more than that I think it is morally unacceptable. Why would you destroy something we built, something I paid for? Out of spite? Now my ROAS is up to 5, so I am not even mad. Just a warning, if you decided to go with them, remove them from all of your accounts before you delete the app or inform them.
We’d like to clarify a few points regarding your concerns. The 4 ROAS you achieved was based solely on the AI Audience with a 7-day click attribution model. The reported increase to 5 ROAS might be influenced by overlapping attribution settings and overlapping campaign structures, such as combining 7-day click and 1-day view, which can sometimes lead to inflated or duplicated results. Our system is designed to automatically remove any Enhencer AI Ads Audiences upon app uninstallation, following standard platform procedures. Additionally, we want to assure you that we did not manually delete any of your audience data.

Can see potential with this app, but when you go to login, there's an error, and now I can't access anything. Contacted support multiple times, but didn't hear anything back. Edit: Now, even more features do not work. You cannot connect to facebook. Seems so buggy, and a waste of time.
We understand how frustrating this can be but upon reviewing your case, it appears that your Facebook account does not have the necessary permissions to grant any access to your ad account. Please note that only admin-level accounts can successfully connect without encountering such errors.
