World of Wedding Co. review for AI Ads: Facebook Ads That Sell

UPDATE: Following this review, company management (Ertuğrul) reached out and processed a partial refund for the unused service period. While the original service experience was problematic, I acknowledge that they eventually took responsibility and resolved the refund matter professionally. The service wasn't suitable for our needs, but they made the situation right in the end. I purchased a one-year service. Three representatives changed in three months (all of them were inexperienced university students). I decided to terminate the service because it was ineffective. They said I wouldn't have any problems getting a refund, but we haven't been able to get our money back for 5-6 months, even though it's over $1,000. They blame Shopify for the refund. Do not risk losing your money. You will not be able to recover it.
