Weddingfavorsshop review for AI Ads: Facebook Ads That Sell

I had the opportunity to work with them to manage the advertising for my newly launched website. Unfortunately, other than simply running ads, I received very little strategic support for the fees I paid. They held weekly meetings, but every meeting ended with the same conclusion—that everything was going well. In reality, the results were far from good, and I felt they did not fully understand or acknowledge the issues I was raising. We initially set a daily advertising budget of $50 per product. After one month, I explained that the campaigns were not profitable and were not even covering the advertising costs. Their response was that the budget was too limited to properly optimize the campaigns. Based on that recommendation, I agreed to increase the budget dramatically and spent $350 per day for an additional 10 days. Despite this significant increase, daily revenue ranged between only $140 and $450, while I was spending $350 every single day on ads. They considered this an acceptable ROAS, but I completely disagree. A ROAS close to 1:1 is simply not sustainable for an e-commerce business selling physical products. Once product costs, shipping, transaction fees, payment processing fees, and operating expenses are taken into account, it results in a loss. In my opinion, a healthy business should be targeting at least 4:1 to 6:1 ROAS to remain profitable. Throughout the engagement, I did not see evidence of a clear optimization strategy. The campaigns were not properly scaled, the products were not matched to the most appropriate campaign types, and there was little meaningful analysis or testing to improve performance. Overall, I felt the team lacked the experience and expertise needed to manage advertising effectively. Looking back, I regret paying for the service because I did not receive the level of strategy, optimization, or results that had been promised.
