We paid for their highest-tier package for a month after being told our ROAS would increase 2-3 times (even a 1.2x ROAS would have been enough for us, but the average they delivered was actually lower than our usual baseline). Instead, we ended up having to micromanage them, following up 2-3 times a week. They ignored Meta alerts on our account and kept recycling the exact same creatives with just 2-3 primary texts per ad. It was a completely inefficient experience for us. After we canceled, the manager asked for the reason via direct message on WhatsApp. When I provided my honest and detailed feedback, he just left me on "read." A simple "thank you for the feedback" would have been the professional thing to do :)
