Disappointed with the experience We’ve faced multiple issues with this service. First, **GST invoices are not provided**, even after multiple follow-ups — a basic requirement for any business in India. There have been instances where **shipments were not picked up, yet we were still billed**, and when questioned, we were told to pay now and the amount would be "adjusted" in the next month. That’s not how billing should work. **Some shipments were even billed twice**, and we were asked to pay for both. Customer support is almost always unavailable or claims that the accountant is on leave — so nothing ever gets resolved on time. The **Zoho integration is buggy**, and we see frequent **errors in invoice totals**. For example, in our setup with Shopify > Zoho > Envia, if a Sales Order contains 2 units of a product priced at ₹100 each (total ₹200), Envia sometimes calculates it as **₹200 x 2**, leading to inflated charges. The system clearly fails to read line-item pricing correctly. Overall, a frustrating experience. Needs serious improvements in both support and billing accuracy.
