Started my POD shop a few months ago, but just recently discovered InkedJoy. Love their suspender dresses! The all-over-prints come out vibrant and perfect! Wendy has been such a great help with my branding and also resolving an issue with one of my orders. Can't wait to see the new branding on future orders! May-2024: InkedJoy continues to provide excellent customer service. I noticed errors in my design that Wendy helped correct quickly before the products went to Production. Definitely top-notch service.

I love Inkedjoy for bags. It's so good! BUT... they need to fix their shipping process of the bags. They come distorted.

I have been ordering from this company for awhile now. their products are great quality! the website is pretty easy to use. my only negative comment is that im not able to use it on my phone i can only se it through my laptop.

The quality is amazing. Great faux-leather, stitching quality is very good and the prints are amazing: bright, crisp and detailed. Shipping costs are very reasonable (There are also affordable options too), tracking works!!! The items are very nicely packaged (nothing arrived damaged) and the amount of time they take to make+Ship is very reasonable. Highly recommended.

I have full color images that are able to be used on all of their products and they look vibrant and the colors look great. I am very happy with the large selection of products all in one place.

They have been able to source most products that we had sold-out on to ensure we meet our customers' demands. Ultimately their product and services offers a wide range with a quick turnaround experience. I would recommend to other fellow-like merchants would like to expand and trust in a service. As long as inkedjoy needs me to pay for something they are attentive, like when they needed me to pay for their branding service, but I have asked them multiple questions through their chat/ticketing system and they have not responded to me. I had a question about my first order, and they quickly sent me a tracking number when I placed the order, but the tracking number does not have any data in it, so I can only assume that they haven’t shipped it yet. I asked multiple times as to the status and have gotten no response.

So far, I have had great experiences with InkedJoy. Their customer service rep Wendy is very attentive and responsive to your needs and questions. I look forward to expanding my catalog of print on demand products with them.
