Sourcing products directly from Aliexpress has been a breeze with their platform. The agents are very responsive and helpful, ensuring that any questions or concerns are addressed promptly. We have just started using Eprolo, and we needed help with the packaging tape. The customer services team were great help, and fixed the problem I was having with our Logo. Always receive great customer service from the team, very quick and efficient. Especially Eve and Paul Our 2nd review Working with Eve has been nothing short of amazing. She’s incredibly reliable, professional, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Communication with her is fast and clear — no matter the time of day, she’s always on hand to answer questions and provide support. Eve has made the dropshipping process seamless for us, handling everything with care and attention to detail. She’s proactive, trustworthy, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed. It’s rare to find someone so efficient and dedicated. We honestly couldn’t ask for a better partner to work with. I didnt know why i was wasting my time with other suppliers which have monthly costs and stuff. Eprolo is amazing. My orders are being delivered sometimes only in 6 days. And it is also really nice that i have a special agent talking to me privately if i have any problems. They are really fast and responsive.

Eprolo is the worst dropshipping agency I've ever worked with and I strongly advise against even considering working with them. Here are the biggest problems I've experienced: Unreliable delivery times: Promised delivery times are completely unrealistic. Even if you pay extra for faster shipping, orders regularly arrive much later than stated. Customers are frustrated and this has a direct impact on your business. Lies and incompetence: The support agents, especially Evelyn, are the epitome of unprofessionalism. One day you are told that a problem is solved, the next day everything is different again. You are obviously being lied to just to keep you quiet. No responsibility for mistakes: If Eprolo makes a mistake - be it with the order, the product, shipping or communication - they take no responsibility whatsoever. Refunds? Not a chance! Instead, you are fobbed off with empty promises. Poor product quality: The products delivered are often of inferior quality. This destroys customers' trust in your business and not only costs you money in the long term, but also your reputation. Incorrect tracking information: The tracking numbers provided often don't work or show incorrect information. Customers are constantly asking where their order is and you can't provide a reasonable answer. No transparency: From costs to delivery times, Eprolo is a mess. They don't keep their promises and leave you in the dark about what's really going on. Poor communication: Customer service is extremely difficult to reach. When you finally reach someone, you feel like you're talking to a wall. No real solution, just standard phrases. If you are looking for a dropshipping agency that is reliable, honest and professional, then Eprolo is the worst choice you can make. Your business deserves a partner that keeps its promises - and that's definitely not Eprolo!

Très simple d'utilisation, on y trouve de nombreux produits à des prix intéressants. Je débute dans le dropshipping et grâce à eux, j'ai pu intégrer de nouveaux produits rapidement, et réaliser mes premières ventes sans difficultés. Merci EPROLO ! :)
