We have been using Eprolo now for more than 18 months now and the work done by Yang to help us has been excellent. She responds when she says she will and always resolves our issues in a timely manner. I know we will develop a long term partnership as the quality of the work they do and speedy shipping makes a difference to our customers. Thank you for your support Yang Update October 2024 : We deal with Yang who is an excellent account manager. She is very thorough, very courteous and very prompt in her responses to our questions. It has been 8 months since we started working with Yang and we have been very, very pleased.

Eprolo has been there for my e-commerce business no matter what stage it was at. I appreciate the user friendly-ness and ability to choose your own shipping speeds. One thing I wish was better is handling times, but I see Eprolo getting better by the day!

Not experienced enough with them since they are in the initial stages. But I can say for now that the customer service is 100/100, very nice, and they respond very quickly and thoroughly. I hope everything will be fine.
