Being able to see re-occuring issues in my store was quite useful, was able to use that feature to change my listings. Wish it would go a bit further in the recommendations but overall no complaints

The product was intuitive to use, a lot of my customers reach out on whatsapp and messenger so having that integration was helpful. I did have to spend some time tuning it to speak in a way that I liked, but once I did it worked well

Switched over from a per-resolution based chat agent, migration was easy and costs should be lower long term
