Free version of this app is POOR and not at all user friendly!!

This app is great, the variety of plans allow for easy integration depending on what you need. I got a little stuck in set up and their support staff was extremely helpful, quick to reply, and get my gallery looking exactly how I wanted it.
The customer service is amazing. Then installation is easy. The functions are so friendly to the online retailer website. It is easy to put whether images or videos gallery on the pages I want. This app just helped me a lot to develop my business.
Essential Grid Gallery, was the easiest gallery app to use, very user friendly. I can display my pictures and Youtube videos nicely and well sorted.
Great customer service. Asif and the other customer service have gone into my shopify account fixed all the issues I had and then sent me screen shots on what they fixed so next time it happens I can fix it. It was my issue on how I saved things and they still have the patience to fix it for me. I highly recommend the app even for just the customer service alone!

The user interface seems unnecessarily complicated, but the app does what it needs to do and allows you to be very detailed. I had a few questions and issues, but customer service was very quick to help and fixed my issue in minutes.
I can't say enough about the gallery - and even more so the support! Every single question I've asked in their chat - regardless of the time of day/night - or because I really can be lazy and not read the documentation - is answered immediately and ALWAYS resolved. I wish these guys/gals made more apps - they're fantastic! They will help you with anything you ask. :-)
