We have been loving this app!! Highly recommend!! We found this app really easy to use and set up. It integrates well with our online store and we feel like its added real value not only to us but our customers. The VIP tiers and points based discount rewards have been game changer. I spoke with Wendyle recently regarding some questions I had and a feature I would like added, and he responded almost immediately with all of the information I needed and logged my request. I look forward to the future development of this app and the growth it will help bring to our store.

Essential Loyalty working well for us. We created our own issue at go live by importing all our customers from old woo site and they received a bunch of sign-up points. Essential Support jumped in and reversed the transaction to solve our issue.
