Absolutely devastated! I spend days working on my rewards program with customising it to my store. They have issues in the app where any changes you make with adding custom images and removing/adding sections don't update on the store. I contacted support and they advised that you have delete and readd the block for it to update. The support person had access to my store and when I got back from dinner they had deleted all my days' work of customising my page and I don't remember everything I did as it isn't an easy app to navigate. They didn't create a copy of the store so I have lost everything and have to redo it all again. Gutted!
