Absolutely brilliant app and constantly improving. The team are on-hand quickly to answer any queries I have, Jemuel and Tauras have been particularly helpful and really looking forward to seeing what else is in store. It's easy to set up and customise, lots of different options for tiers, points earning and the capability to do points multipliers for limited time for promotions. I couldn't be more pleased, such a great app.

Very flexible app. Can be left simple or customized. Juan, Bryan, Tara, and Angelica have all been very helpful the several times I've had to reach out. Our store is unfortunately a bit more complex but they have been happy to help.

We're using Essent Loyalty Program Rewards for our points & rewards program on our Hong Kong store, and recently ran into an issue we couldn't solve on our own. Essent's support team responded quickly, understood the problem right away, and got it fixed for us. They were patient, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout. It's reassuring to know there's a responsive team behind the app as we continue building out our loyalty program. Highly recommended!

An app that does exactly what it says it does, just what I need. The support is extremely responsive and has always been very helpful with the things that I don't quite have the skills to do myself.

Easy to set up, great customer service!
Fantastic experience with the Essential Loyalty app\! Beyond the app's features, their support team is truly top-notch. I had a few specific technical needs regarding design adjustments (CSS) and import troubleshooting, and Jemuel was incredibly helpful. He was patient, responsive, and solved the issues quickly. It’s rare to find such dedicated support for Shopify apps. Highly recommended\!

Great app for running a loyalty programme, and the support team has been excellent. Shammer in particular was really helpful getting our custom point redemption setup sorted before our go-live. Would recommend to any Shopify store looking to migrate their loyalty programme over.

I have been loving using this app! I had an accessibility issue with some features, and the team replied very quickly, and they fixed everything in less than a day. We have been loving this app!! Highly recommend!! We found this app really easy to use and set up. It integrates well with our online store and we feel like its added real value not only to us but our customers. The VIP tiers and points based discount rewards have been game changer. I spoke with Wendyle recently regarding some questions I had and a feature I would like added, and he responded almost immediately with all of the information I needed and logged my request. I look forward to the future development of this app and the growth it will help bring to our store.

Essential Loyalty working well for us. We created our own issue at go live by importing all our customers from old woo site and they received a bunch of sign-up points. Essential Support jumped in and reversed the transaction to solve our issue.
