Easy to install. Looking forward to seeing the app used
Simple pero completa, fácil de instalar y mantener. Buena atención, muy rápida e informativa. Actualización: Tras unos cuantos meses de usos estamos igual o más contentos, la atención al cliente es rápida y efectiva. No se puede pedir más.
Esta aplicación y el resto de essential son brutales, lo tienen todo
Some features haven't been built out yet which I hope will come along (searching members by first AND last name; sorting members by number of points or orders; seeing more Member Activity history than the 7 most recent events; hard to identify/view members' points redemption events). Overall though this app was easy to integrate and support was helpful in addressing a bug I experienced at the start.
I absolutely love this app. My customers are so excited to be able to earn point to redeem discounts. I highly recommend!

Die App ist recht einfach zu integrieren, intuitiv zu bedienen und hat unsere Kundenbindung verbessert - und fangen an durch die wiederkehrenden Bestellungen einen Anstieg im Umsatz zu sehen. Was besonders hervorsticht, ist der hervorragende Support: Schnell, freundlich und lösungsorientiert. Auch die Anpassungsmöglichkeiten im Design passen sich perfekt an unseren Shop an. Tolle App. Ganz einfacher Set up und läuft auf deutsch...Nun bin ich gespannt auf den Erfolg.
Unfortunately, the app is just as ineffective as the support team. After a month of struggling with various issues and receiving the same repeated response, "there is no issue on our side", I have no choice but to look for another solution. It's a shame, especially considering the time lost.

I am appalled in a good way, with jaw dropped at how well this app was made, and how easy the flow is to follow the setup process. Just simply amazing, and I would highly recommend it to everyone! Just keep on an eye on your steps, follow the left processes, they have all the info pieces to help you along the way too. Very simple, clean, easy to use!
