We have been using the app for over a week now and have had no problems. The app has everything you need to launch a rewards programme and its fully customisable. Support is quick to respond and resolve any queries. We are very happy with the app

So far, so good. The app integrates relatively complicated features in a sleek UI, one of those features I'm sure will get better over time as users adopt it and begins to work up points

Great app with excellent features! The points redeem and reward integration is smooth, making it a pleasure to use. One of its standout qualities is the support for multiple languages, which is crucial for a diverse user base. While there aren't any perks available at the moment, I'm happy to wait and look forward to using them when they're introduced.

Good app, despite having some limitations, especially regarding returns and exchanges, as the points for returns are not automatically deducted. For high-volume stores like ours, this is a real problem. We reached out to support, and they mentioned that they would add it to the roadmap for implementation soon. We hope they do it as soon as possible. Best regards.
