Good app, despite having some limitations, especially regarding returns and exchanges, as the points for returns are not automatically deducted. For high-volume stores like ours, this is a real problem. We reached out to support, and they mentioned that they would add it to the roadmap for implementation soon. We hope they do it as soon as possible. Best regards.

This is a great app. We had a Loyalty program on our site in no time. I Wish it could embed in the customer's account or have its own page but other than that its very good

Having a great experience so far! Onboarded from smile.io and found everything and more than what our old partner offered. The team were super responsive and imported all of our customer data with their points balances. So glad I was invited to join early!

I'm loving this loyalty app I just installed! As a fan of Essential Apps, this one doesn't disappoint. It's got everything I need for building customer loyalty: free shipping, discounts, free products, and tiered customer categories (Gold, Silver, Bronze) that I control. The customization is incredible – point expiration, balance adjustments – it's all there. I'm picky about apps interfering with my store settings, but this one is perfectly compatible. 100% recommend!

One of the best Loyalty Apps I have come across and deciding to use this was and to migrate our webstores to it was an easy decision. It offered us features not standard on most of the Shopify Loyalty Apps. The pricing was also not based on the amount of customers already registered with us. We migrated from Magento and have 20,000 customers which means many of the apps want a lot of money but not Essential Apps who have a very fair pricing structure and a well thought out app which offers features normally only found in the more expensive apps. I am very happy and I intend to move all 4 of our Shopify stores to the Essentials VIP Loyalty Program over the next few days. Giving this was 5 Stars was easy given the features and how easy it was to setup which took less than 30 minutes. We are based in Ireland and our websites are within the EU.

good app, interesting how it may evolve, its really simple and easy to configurate it. Yet it needs improvement wiht currencys, and mail integration. Perks must be improved to in the future. love it

It is a great APP, it has everything you need. It has all the necessary rewards to build customer loyalty, free shipping, discount voucher, free product. Programs to create client categories by status (gold, silver, bronze) depending on the number of points that you, as administrator of the APP, define. It is very very customizable, you can add expiration to the points, You can add or deduct customers' balance. I personally review each App before installing it because they could alter my store settings, but this APP is very friendly even with that. The support team helped me redirect me to create a custom user account. They respond very quickly, are very efficient and responsible. I RECOMMEND IT 100%. Thank you !!

I'll say this - it's a wonderful app. I have already used this app for several projects, clients are always drawn to using the app, they try to collect points and are very interested in that process. From ease of use to a wide variety of useful features, I'm glad that I found this app :)
