We have evaluated many Loyalty apps, but when we learned that Essential had launched its Loyalty app, we immediately installed it because it had all the features we were looking for. We had previously used one of the Essential apps, so we were confident about the customer service and the robustness of the app. It proved to be right, offering seamless integration, allowing us to launch our loyalty program in just two days thanks to support from Sebastian. We were told that multi currency and analytics features are still under development, we are sure they will be completed in the next release. Highly recommended for e-commerce stores like ours.

Great customer support by Sebastian, and the app is truly amazing. It's easy to customize, great guidance, many awesome option and that all for free. I really love it and I bet my customers will as well. I highly recommend everyone to download this app!!

Me encanta! tiene todo lo que necesito, muy fácil de personalizar, tanto los textos como las imágenes o iconos. Tiene niveles VIP, programa de referidos, e incluso te da la opción de elaborar una landing exclusiva para el programa de puntos. (Está en inglés, pero se puede personalizar al español) y muy importante, el soporte del chat es muy rápido solucionando dudas.

Absolutely devastated! I spend days working on my rewards program with customising it to my store. They have issues in the app where any changes you make with adding custom images and removing/adding sections don't update on the store. I contacted support and they advised that you have delete and readd the block for it to update. The support person had access to my store and when I got back from dinner they had deleted all my days' work of customising my page and I don't remember everything I did as it isn't an easy app to navigate. They didn't create a copy of the store so I have lost everything and have to redo it all again. Gutted!

Easy and great application. Now I can reward my customers with points and discounts based on VIP levels. I had some questions that needs some explanations and clarification, Sebastian was there to answer them all. He made my job easier because of his support. Thanks a lot.

Great app! We’re very happy with Essential Loyalty. Installation was super easy and setup took just a few minutes, with no technical hassle. The app makes it simple to create points and rewards programs, which has helped us boost customer loyalty and increase repeat purchases. Very intuitive app, very easy to use and customize. I had one tiny question and Jemuel was super helpful and got back to me very fast. So far so great!
