The upsell feature is very easy to set up and it works! We sold many additional items thanks to the upsell proposal in the cart. We had an issue with the currency converter and the customer service helped us within a few hours.

I had an issue with my cart as I was switching from another upsell app to this one, and the customer support from Essential Upsell & Cross Sell was fantastic. They identified the issue and told me what my theme developer needed to do to fix it. Very happy, and also impressed that they didn't 'much around' with my customised theme.

Great app! Worked well to not only upsell, but also to help us add value-add services that are free to the customer by combining the cart page upsell with some automatic discounts!
Excellent tool, quick and helpful support. To have a working tool that doesn't skim revenue is a godsend this day and age for Shopify.
