Great customer service! The team responds quickly and is very receptive to feedback. We flagged repeated, unnecessary pop-ups that kept appearing even after we had addressed them, and they fixed the issue promptly. One improvement we’d love to see is more customization for the variant section. A cleaner layout with clearer labels for options like color and size would make it easier to navigate, especially when multiple variants are displayed together. We appreciate how responsive the team has been and look forward to future updates!

Very Intuitive app to use. I at first tried to use Fast Bundle to fulfill what I wanted, but their system is very clunky and not as smooth as Essential. If you want add-ons and volumetric ordering for a single product, this is your best option.

Nice design and quite options too. The support is very fast and helpful. (best thing about it: it is not a chat bot!) At the moment it is not possible to use several offers with different triggers, which we would have wanted in first place. But we found a workaround this – I would definitely recommend! Really glad we found this App for our Christmass Add-On offers.
