Do not use this app! They are such a scam. Once I downloaded the app I started getting a huge influx of impressions like 2000 when I normally have 200. I started to look into this and it is from bots out of Virginia. They are using bots to make your impressions look higher so you have to purchase a package. So unethical!

The app is very easy to set up and the initial configuration is straightforward. However, there is one major limitation that surprised me. The post purchase upsell flow does not support translations. For stores that operate in a different speaking country than English, this seems to me a pretty basic feature that should already be included.

Update: They recently updated their ToS and now require full access to customer personal information and all orders for last 60 day. I take my customer data protection serious and do not see why they need this info. Moving to 1 star and unnstaling. Here is what the ToS is : View personal data Customers Name, email address, phone number, physical address, geolocation, IP address, browser and operating system View store data View orders All order details for the last 60 days I 100% recommend this app for cross-sell. This app is simple and effective. I have been using it for the cross-sell functionality and it has led to a purchase of the cross-sell every time!
