Super responsive customer service which makes this app even better to use. The post purchase and the cross sell offers are all we are using at present. Both are easy to set up and functioning. Looking forward to seeing some results. Thanks Andy for the support assistance

We're using the app for quite sometime, recently the app was facing issues on older versions of iPhone models and we took a screen recording then shared with Essential Upsell team within few hours they fixed it and ensured the store with the upsell option was running smoothly. Instead of spending huge dollars on other paid apps we request everyone to try Essential Upsell & Cross Sell app even if there is any glitch the team ensures to fix them on time so your store is up and running without any downtime.

I was searching for this kind of plugin under free version. Loved the features and easy adding functionality. Not much required to adjust css. Its just perfect

Works great, very easy to set up. We had a minor styling issue, and Samuel responded quickly to fix it!
