My experience with the Essential App, especially for upsell and cross-sell, has been excellent. The app is already great on its own—there’s really nothing more to explain; you can try it yourself and see. I mainly want to use this space to express my gratitude to the development team. They are truly outstanding when it comes to customer support. Whenever I have a question about the app, I send a message and they reply very quickly. A fantastic app, super easy to use and very customisable. All the features work perfectly with our Shopify website.
