Essential Upsell & Cross Sell

Le design est super, la navigation est fluide et l’emplacement des widgets est vraiment parfait. L’app est très bien pensée. Malheureusement, nous avons dû la désinstaller car il n’est pas possible d’afficher les widgets sur les pages traduites lorsque le handle produit a été traduit (et donc modifié dans l’URL pour les clients). Dans notre cas c’était indispensable, donc impossible de continuer à l’utiliser malgré la qualité de l’outil.

Fantastic app, easy to set up multiple upsells - No nasty hidden charges for usage. I have over 30 different upsells for different products already set up on my shop.

I’ve been really impressed with Essential Upsell and their support team. Earlier, I had an issue with the cart drawer layout, and their team jumped in immediately with the exact CSS fix I needed. Everything was resolved within minutes — including the upsell display and the checkout area inside the cart. Big thanks to Zydrunas for that quick help! More recently, I reached out again for a more technical request, and Matas went above and beyond to assist. The communication was fast, clear, and extremely helpful. He even coordinated with their development team to implement a custom update specifically for our store. Truly amazing support from a small, dedicated team. The app itself is super easy to use, the upsell funnels look clean, and customization is excellent. Highly recommended for anyone looking to improve AOV with an app backed by exceptional customer service.
