Amazing app! I use a personalized third-party checkout, and none of the other discount apps worked at checkout—until this one. It syncs directly with my Shopify discounts, making it fully compatible with my checkout. Super easy to use and incredibly effective!

This app has an easy-to-use UI, and even allows me to make offers that automatically update to match the customer's currency (something not possible with Zipify). Very glad I found this

Fantastic apps and even better support. Currently using the free bundle app and loyalty app, they are amazing. I've contacted the support team twice now and each time I received extremely fast responses and support to answer my questions, they also made CSS changes for me to match my theme buttons. Seriously next level support, I look forward to other apps they bring out.

We’ve been using the app for a while now and it’s been a great addition to our Shopify store. The cross-sell and upsell functionality is smooth, easy to set up, and integrates perfectly with our design. It helps us highlight relevant products in just the right moments of the customer journey. Recently, we ran into a small issue where upsell offers weren’t displaying correctly when selecting product variants. Sebastian from the support team stepped in immediately and resolved the problem with incredible speed and professionalism. He quickly identified that the offers were loading inside the "Related products" section and fixed it right away. What really stood out was Sebastian’s clear communication and proactive approach — not only did he solve the issue, but he also explained what caused it and gave us tips to avoid similar problems in the future. Highly recommend both the app and the support team behind it. Excellent tool, even better service!

This is exactly the app we were looking for, and our customer service experience has been great. Samuel was incredibly responsive and easy to work with, well exceeding my expectations from a free app. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a simple, clean solution for upselling on their site.

My path to this app: Honeycomb's funnel approach isn't quite right for our sales philosophy, and its upsell rule (i.e., *replace* item A with item B) is simply too aggressive. I've used Mageworx Upsell, and it's okay but ultimately too limited and lacks elegance. Essential Upsell and Cross Sell hits the sweet spot for me. It's extremely well thought-out, and makes it simple to implement cross-sells and "frequently bought together" upsells, which are most useful for our shop. Graphic design is highly customizable. You can set up all the add-ons you need in a way that supports a customer development journey. And they have a countdown timer app too. Customer service is responsive and helpful.

I have been trying to add a cross sell app and have tried so many dudds - BOGO apps that do not add the item to the cart. This app works beautifully as the pop up is clean and seamlessly intrigrates into my website as if it is part of shopify. It is not gimmicky like the others and it actually works. Very grateful to have found this.

Easy to install and pretty straight forward to set up. Did have a query so used the email function. Super quick response from Jemuel to clear up the issue. Will see how I get on with it.
