Update: They reached out to me and said they needed customer data for analytics. Which may be true, but I'm still not comfortable giving you access to my customer data. When an app is free, your data is the price you pay. Check their new permissions... They want all of your customer data. No thanks. This app may be free, but is it really worth it at the cost of your customers data potentially going to Lithuania? From their permissions: View personal data Customers Name, email address, phone number, physical address, geolocation, IP address, browser and operating system App was easy to set up and functioned fine, I just won't be using it any longer due to the data the app needs. Please stop emailing me about changing my review. This is the only update I'll make. And because you might actually need customer data for what you said, I bumped the review up 2 stars.

Easy to use and draws the customer's eye towards the upsells in a non-intrusive, helpful way. I have become a fan of Essentials Apps! I love the way you can change the colours to match your brand message. I would recommend this app to anyone with an e-commerce store, as a gentle nudge for customers to consider upselling and saving money at the same time, as you can include a discount for multiple purchases.

Absurdly easy to set up, and integrate into our theme so that it looks seamless. Did not need support at all, but I'm sure that would be great too!

It's SATURDAY!! Not Mon-Friday business hours but the weekend, in the summer. Sebastian is working and answering emails in 2.5 seconds!! Amazing customer service. I thought my email would be answered Monday but no, I recieved a quick response today! That alone, lets me know how dedicated this company is to their customers.
