Essential Upsell & Cross Sell

I have just started using this app, and am loving how user friendly it is, the formats and design available to adapt to brand consistency. I will continue to use this app and hopefully see the benefits of up & cross sell real soon.

I have just installed Essential Upsell & Cross-Sell. I'm not tech-savvy and couldn't get my product to show the upsell. I contacted support for some help as to what I was doing wrong, and within 10 minutes, I received a reply and instructions on what to do. Yay, it worked. That's what I call excellent customer service, and I look forward to upselling more of our products. Thanks, guys!!!!

I was having some minor issues setting up the cart page upsell. Samuel from customer service was very quick to reply and fix our issues. Everything is working well now!

Update: They recently updated their ToS and now require full access to customer personal information and all orders for last 60 day. I take my customer data protection serious and do not see why they need this info. Moving to 1 star and unnstaling. Here is what the ToS is : View personal data Customers Name, email address, phone number, physical address, geolocation, IP address, browser and operating system View store data View orders All order details for the last 60 days I 100% recommend this app for cross-sell. This app is simple and effective. I have been using it for the cross-sell functionality and it has led to a purchase of the cross-sell every time!

So far this had been amazing! It was taking me forever to decide on an app (was choosing between 5 others) to use and then a friend recommended this one. Seemed like exactly what I was looking for but I felt so overwhelmed after looking at everything else so I just bit the bullet and downloaded and OMG it was the easiest thing to set up and I was literally done in 10 minutes (would have been 2 minutes if I could decide on the colours I wanted quicker!) Sooooo easy to use and even allows you to add on an extra amount or percentage off! Love it! Thanks so much for making this sooo easy!!

I installed this app less than an hour ago and have it all set up and ready to go! I had a few small glitches in set up, sent an email for help, and got a response within 5 minutes. All the issues were fixed without much direction from me very quickly. I am NOT a tech savvy person. I expected to waste a couple hours and a few tears, ultimately ending up deleting it in the end but I'm absolutely thrilled. I'm confident it will perform great and increase my sales beyond Black Friday! Thanks so much!
