Excellent app and outstanding customer support. The support team was incredibly helpful in resolving an issue I encountered. Responses were always fast, friendly, and professional, and it was clear they genuinely cared about finding the right solution. The problem was resolved quickly, and the overall support experience was excellent. Highly recommended!
Straightforward app. Been using it for about a month, no trouble at all even when updating the theme. I did however encounter an issue where the pre-order button wasn't showing when I published a specific campaign but the team (shoutout to Matas) was very quick to troubleshoot and fix. Would definitely recommend!

Was not happy with the customization options, needed something setup this afternoon. They did not have quick support.

The best app for automating sales through pre-orders and back-to-stock notifications. It has many features and is easy to use. Their support team is wonderful; they genuinely care about resolving your concerns and are open to your suggestions. Bryan and Shammer were very kind and addressed a really big need for my online store. I didn't think they would be able to solve my problem in a single day, but they did. Highly recommended. Great app and excellent customer support!
This is simple, slick, and does exactly what I hoped that it would. You can offer preorders on products only once they sell out, or have them turned on all the time (give the customer a discount if they choose preorder instead of buy now, etc.). Another great app from Essential
