Setup was quick and straightforward, and the app integrates well into our site. Customer support has also been responsive and helpful. That said, there are some major drawbacks you should be aware of: Email delivery is unreliable, which makes communication with customers difficult. Pre-order status does not show up on the customer’s purchase/order confirmation. While it’s visible on the product page and button, the lack of labeling on the actual order leaves customers confused after checkout. If you delete the app, it will wipe pre-order markings from existing orders. I was fortunate enough to ask before uninstalling, otherwise this could have caused serious issues. If these concerns matter to your workflow, I’d recommend avoiding this app for now.
