Ballantyne Gear, Inc. review for Essent Preorder Back in Stock

I tried 3 other pre-order apps and they all were ok, but lacked features. This app was great, but I ran into a few problems that I didn't think would work for me. I reached out to the developer customer service and received outstanding customer service that helped me find workarounds to my (very specific needs) and went above and beyond to explain future steps that I needed to know but didn't ask. I have dealt with 3 different individuals through customer service and each of them have been fantastic! I highly recommend this app and the people behind it!
