Early days with the app, but so far looks good. I've been able to set up what I wanted with little difficulty and both Matas and Zydrunas have been very helpful (and speedy) with my two support questions! We were particularly interested in pre-orders, and this app helps us group pre-order products together, making it easier to manage these campaigns. Really interested to hear about the possibility of 'Back in Stock' alerts. This would help decrease the number of apps that we rely on, and hopefully will tie in to Pre-Orders for out of stock products that qualify for pre-order.

Edit: After an initial rough start, the Essential team went the extra mile to work with me and look into all options. While they haven't been able to solve my problems 100%, my frustration has been turned into respect and gratitude for their customer service efforts. Because of that, I'm bumping this from 3 stars to 5. :) The Pre-order app works amazingly well for US customers. I contacted customer support about consistent issues with our international customers being unable to purchase items that were listed as preorder. After 3 days of back and forth emails, the final answer I received that was it wasn't working because they were ordering from the international market, and they need to order from the US market. I tried to explain that they were ordering from the international market because there were *international*, and it was at that point, after 3 days of troubleshooting, I was told that the preorder app doesn't support international markets. So now we are forced to come up with alternate ways to sell to anyone outside of the US, which is very much less than ideal.

This is an incredible app! Full featured and works perfectly for my needs. I had been testing multiple preorder apps and this outperforms others that come with a much higher price tag. I really appreciate how easy it is to get setup and had it running in just a few minutes. Preorders are easy to manage and update and have instantly cut down on customer confusion with delivery date expectations.
